Educational service

The Contact Clarity Check and related material provide general educational decision support. They are not therapy, medical care, legal advice, crisis support, or a substitute for a qualified professional.

No promised relationship outcome

Haki LLC does not promise contact, closure, reconciliation, attraction, a reply, or any other relationship outcome. Another person always retains full agency and the right not to engage.

Boundaries and safety

You may not use the service to evade blocking, a no-contact request, a restraining order, platform restrictions, or another person’s boundary. Do not use it for harassment, surveillance, impersonation, threats, or coercion. If there is immediate danger or a risk of self-harm, contact local emergency or crisis services.

Founding validation

The first validation cohort may receive a free founding review in exchange for candid feedback. Availability is limited and a request does not guarantee acceptance or a response time. No payment details are collected for the free cohort. Any later paid offer will display its price and purchase terms before payment.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your choices, messages, conduct, and consequences. Results are generated from the information you submit and cannot account for every fact or risk.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, submit false or unlawful material, probe security, automate abusive submissions, or infringe another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The Attracting Aura name, Contact Clarity Protocol, site design, copy, and original materials belong to Haki LLC unless stated otherwise. Personal use of your result is allowed; commercial copying is not.

Availability and changes

The service may change, pause, or end during validation. We may update these terms prospectively. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without guarantees. Haki LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on educational content. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
